Refund policy

Membership fees are charged for access to premium features for a fixed period. Because access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated.

When we do refund

• Duplicate payment for the same plan and period.
• Payment deducted but the plan was never activated on the account.
• Verified technical failure that prevented use of the paid features for more than seven consecutive days.

How to request

Write to our support email with your profile ID, order ID and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to seven working days.

Cancellation

You may stop auto-renewal at any time from the membership page. The current plan stays active until its expiry date.
